Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for 48hrs notice for Keratin/Color services to be cancelled or rescheduled. Appointments cancelled within this window will be charged 100% of service total. Haircuts will be charged 100% within 24hrs. Same day cancellations/no-show will be charged 100%.
Late fee: $50 per half hour will be added to your service total if appointment doesn’t need to be rescheduled due to being late. If appt needs to be rescheduled due to lateness, 100% of service with be due.
Keratin Appointments: Deposits will not transfer to rescheduled appointments within the 48 hour cancellation policy window.
